Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced accounting sales professional to support clients and manage sales activities. The responsibilities of accounting sales professional include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.

To be successful as an accounting sales professional, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality accounting sales professional should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales:Overseeing sales, setting targets, and making suggestions to improve sales performance
  2. Client relationships:Building and maintaining long-term positive relationships with clients.
  3. Client needs:Handling client needs and requests and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  4. New business:Developing new business from existing clients and seeking new sales opportunities.
  5. Sales reports:Preparing sales reports.
  6. Client experience:Liaising with internal teams to improve the client experience.
  7. Campaign management:Devising campaign ideas and managing their execution.
  8. Customer feedback:Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Specifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven 2+ years’ experience as a sales account manager or sales account executive.
  3. Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
  5. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  8. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
