Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced business valuation professional, having technical expertise and is involved in valuation exercise to oversees daily operations and manages the valuation exercise for the clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating, reviewing, and applying valuation standards and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Performing and improving the valuation process of businesses and assets.
- Foster and maintain quality and continuous improvement in the valuation process.
- Interact and review with stakeholders to manage project timelines and ensure the product or services are delivered.
- Participating in business growth activities.
- Perform follow-up steps and monitor the progress of engagement.
- Promote and participate in activities that grow the business.
- Propose solutions to address lapses in quality assurance.
- Prepare concise and well written expert reports.
- Reviewing engagement and representation letters from business partners.
- Analyzing commercial data that supports financial forecasts.
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Helping pitch for new clients and engagements
- Engaging with clients at all levels
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Certification/license such as CPA or CFA.
- Depth knowledge of US GAAP actuarial valuation concepts.
- Possess industry knowledge in valuation of tangible assets.
- Strong leadership skills / experience managing/directing teams.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at all levels both written and verbally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
